Postage Information

1. When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent within one business day of your order. Australia Post advise that regular post takes 4-10 business days to reach its destination after that.

2. Do you do express delivery?

No, all shipments are sent by regular post from Melbourne.

3. Can I pick up my item or arrange my own courier?

Due to our streamlined operation, we are unable to accommodate for local pick up or courier pick up at this time.

4. where will my order be posted from?

All items are posted from our Melbourne warehouse.

5. How much is shipping costs?

Regular post is FREE.

6. My item did not arrive in time for the intended event, can I return it for an exchange or refund?

While we commit to dispatching orders quickly, delivery timeframes are at the whim of Australia Post - please ensure you allow adequate time prior to your event as we can't refund for this reason.

7. What postage services are available?

Australia: Regular Post options available via Australia Post.

International: We do not currently ship to international locations.

8. Can I track my parcel?

There will be a tracking number available (contact us at admin@waterbeadsaustralia.com.au) if your order was greater than 500g. 

9. Can you deliver to my workplace?

Yes, we can deliver to your workplace, home or PO Box as well as to country and regional areas. Please note: If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace, a workplace name is required.

10. My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?

Parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted.
