1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched within one business day. Australia Post advise that regular post can take up to 6 business days to reach its destination.

2. DO YOU DO EXPRESS DELIVERY?

3. CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM OR ARRANGE MY OWN COURIER?

Due to our streamlined operation, we are unable to accommodate for local pick up or courier pick up at this time.

4. WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED FROM?

All items are posted from our Melbourne warehouse.

5. CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

For items over 500g we will send your order by Auspost satchel. Items under 500g are not tracked.

6. CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORKPLACE?

Yes, we can deliver to your workplace, home or PO Box as well as to country and regional areas. Please note: If you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace, a workplace name is required.
